To the Board and volunteers: thank you for the incredible work you do and for the time, energy, and heart you invest in creating a welcoming, safe, and uplifting experience for the community. We truly appreciate the trust you placed in our team and the way you welcomed us as part of the JOMO Pride family.

It was our honor to help protect and support everyone in attendance. While no security team can be everywhere at once, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve, remain present, and help create an environment where guests could celebrate safely.

A special shout-out goes to all of the headliners, local performers, and everyone who contributed their talent and hard work to make the event memorable. Your dedication and passion were truly inspiring.

Most importantly, please remember: Pride is not just one day. Continue to love yourself, celebrate who you are, and support one another every day.

I always say honesty is the best policy. And I've built our company on integrity, Even when nobody's watching and wouldn't find out. Your actions affect others. I stopped at the store today to get $20 cash back and the cashier gave me this...... Now to drive back to the store.

I wear a badge and a uniform… but I’m not a cop.
Yet every single shift, I put my life on the line just the same. 🚨

While most people sleep peacefully at night, I’m standing watch.
Protecting businesses, properties, families, hospitals, schools, events, and lives. 🙏

I enforce rules, regulations, and laws tied to my post.
I respond to assaults, thefts, violence, and dangerous situations without hesitation.
I can make lawful arrests when necessary… but still, I’m “just security” to some people.

Some call us “warm bodies.”
Some think all we do is observe and report.
But the moment chaos breaks loose, the first thing they scream is…
“WHERE WAS SECURITY?!” ⚠️

The truth is… we are the first line of defense until help arrives.
Active shooter? We move toward danger.
Violence? We step in.
Emergency? We react while others run. 🚔🔥

We train for this.
Hours of handcuffing, de-escalation, active shooter response, patrol tactics, emergency response, and crisis management. 💯

We sacrifice birthdays, holidays, sleep, and time with our families just to make sure complete strangers make it home safely. ❤️

Some officers respect us because they know the risks we take for far less pay and recognition.
Others may overlook us… but respect isn’t given, it’s earned. 👊

At the end of the day, our mission is simple:
GO HOME SAFE. 🏠🙏

This world isn’t black and white anymore.
There’s a thin silver line standing between danger and the innocent…

And that line is SECURITY. ⚪🛡️

I wear my uniform with pride.
I stand with honor.
I protect without hesitation.
I risk my life for people I may never know.

Renaissance festival returns to Joplin June 6-7, Murphy Blvd to close The Brief

🌿 IT'S BABY SEASON ON OUR PROPERTIES! 🌿
Spring is here and so is baby season! Our security teams are out on patrol and we are spotting some of God's most precious creatures all across our properties as the wildlife welcomes its newest arrivals. 🦌
A friendly reminder to everyone — if you come across a baby fawn curled up in the grass, please leave it right where it is.
Mom didn't abandon her baby. She just stepped out to go get some takeout and she'll be back. 🍔😄
Disturbing the fawn can actually cause more harm than good. The best thing you can do is admire from a distance and keep moving.
Remember — the Lord's creatures are great to look at from afar. Let's respect nature and keep these babies safe this season. 🙏
