Bridal Shower Cookies!

**Holiday Recipe**Dutch Baby!! (If a pancake and a crepe had a baby)
Here’s a showstopper Breakfast/Brunch item that is quick, simple, and absolutely delicious. This is a great addition to any breakfast spread, it’s great because you’ll likely have all the ingredients on hand and it’s made in one bowl so not a huge cleanup, (especially after all that holiday cooking!!!😬)
Here are the steps;
You’ll need a cast iron skillet!!
—-Heat your oven to 425—
Place you skillet into heated oven for about 10 minutes, while it’s heating up make your batter;
1/2 c milk
3 eggs
1/2 c flour
2tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Dash of salt
(I like to add a dash of nutmeg)
Whisk it all together and let sit. Take your skillet out carefully and melt 2 tbsp of butter in the skillet, once the butter melts, pour in all the batter and place it back into the oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
Top it with your favorite fresh fruit, powdered sugar, fresh whipped cream.... and voila magic!!! As it bakes it puffs up into beautiful golden mountains with pools of melted bubbling butter.
