The Carol Stream Chamber is excited to celebrate with Kailasha Developers as they break ground on The Enclave at Carol Stream, a beautiful new townhome community featuring modern living and thoughtful design. Join Chamber members, Village officials, and community leaders as we mark the beginning of this exciting project and welcome a development that future residents will be proud to call home.

The Enclave is a new 32-unit luxury townhome community located at the corner of Lies Road and Kuhn Road. Established by Kailasha Developers and led by Dashrath Chaudhari and Kiran Chaudhari, the community reflects a commitment to quality construction, thoughtful planning, and long-term investment in the Carol Stream community.

Celebrate with our friends at ROMA Tang Soo Do as they mark their 3rd Anniversary with a special Open House and Student Promotional Testing on Saturday, June 13, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Meet the instructors and students, learn about the benefits of martial arts training, and see firsthand how ROMA Tang Soo Do inspires confidence, discipline, and personal excellence in students of all ages. Community members are welcome to attend and join in the celebration!

What a beautiful day to celebrate this exciting milestone with Rupam Patel, Monarch Bhatt, and Mahesh Chaudhari as they officially broke ground on their newest development.
