Our client, Lyndex-Nikken— a global leader in high-performance machine tool accessories — needed a professional space for their team meeting.
Instead of an off-site venue, they brought the event to their own facility. Midwest Conference Service handled the full transformation: custom staging, dynamic lighting, 12’ & 16’ velour draping, carpet, tables, chairs, a podium, and more.
The result? A clean, impressive environment that felt worlds away from the industrial space it started as.

It’s a PanosPalooza!
Christ Panos Foods Corp. partnered with MCS once again to deliver the headlining food festival of the year in the Chicagoland area!
We provided full festival production:
- Custom-designed PanosPalooza signage throughout the venue
- Complete audio visual production — including lighting, sound, microphones, and more
