Originally from Mexico City, Sofia’s journey has taken her from Virginia to Las Vegas to California—and now to Indiana. She loves coaching because she gets to lead people through a great workout and a good time.

Sofia believes fitness should make you feel great. She’ll challenge you, encourage you to listen to your body, and meet you where you are. Expect a tough workout, plenty of support, and lots of Spanish music to set the tone! 🎶

We’re so excited to have her in the InCycle community.

This Sunday looks a little different at the studio! We have a reduced schedule as we are having instructor training taking place in our strength room. We are learning so that we can better teach you!
Reduced schedule means you need to book your spot! It also means maybe you try something different this Sunday… Let’s have a dance party at noon!
