Found chained up and barely alive 😭, Lola’s life changed because a mailman saw her lifeless body and called the authorities. They stepped in immediately and got her the urgent care she desperately needed.
And now look at her. 🥹
Safe. Loved. Adopted. HOME.
From chained up and barely surviving to someone’s beloved girl who will never be forgotten, chained, or neglected again. She will be spoiled and loved for the rest of her life, just like she deserved from the beginning.
We can’t change what happened to Lola before she came to us. We can only change the rest of her life.
And I think we did a pretty great job. 🤍

🐾 BREEDER SHUTDOWN: MINI GOLDENDOODLES NEED HOMES.
Surrendered to Rescue
They spent their lives in a backyard, confined to crates.
No flea prevention. No heartworm prevention. No basic veterinary care. Their coats were severely matted, and their little bodies were covered in flea and tick bites.
That life is over.
Blake’s Buddies Rescue Network stepped in, and these Mini Goldendoodles have now been groomed and fully vetted. They are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. If any additional treatment related to their previous neglect is needed, our rescue will cover it.
We have three male puppies, approximately five months old and 22 to 25 pounds, and young females, approximately one and a half years old and 28 to 30 pounds.
They have never known what it means to truly be someone’s dog. Now we want them to know soft beds, toys, walks, love and what it feels like to finally belong to a family.
Their breeder chapter is closed. Their family chapter starts now.

❤️ KENDRICK THE YORKIE SAVED FROM THE EUTHANASIA LIST. NOW HE NEEDS A HOME.
This gorgeous little boy is 4 years old and only about 15 pounds.
He ended up on the euthanasia list at Clayton County, but our rescue was able to save him. Now we need to finish what we started and find him the forever home he deserves.
He will be groomed, fully vetted and ready for adoption.
He survived the euthanasia list. Now he needs someone to choose him for life.

❤️ UPDATE ADOPTION PENDING
STANLEY SURVIVED THE UNTHINKABLE. NOW HE NEEDS A HOME. DOODLE
Stanley came into Clayton County after somehow impaling himself so severely that his intestines were hanging outside of his body. The fire department brought him in, and he needed immediate surgery to put everything back where it belonged.
He needed an urgent medical rescue, and thankfully, he got his chance.
And look at him now. ❤️
Stanley is completely healed and back to being a happy, playful boy. He’s about 2 years old and 70 pounds, house trained, and an absolute gentle giant. Sweet, goofy, fun and just gorgeous.
After everything this big boy survived, the last piece of his story is the one that matters most: a family of his own.

🚨 STANLEY NEEDS AN IMMEDIATE FOSTER • 2 YEARS OLD • 70 POUNDS
We are desperately looking for an immediate foster for Stanley.
No one knows exactly what happened to this incredibly sweet Doodle, but he suffered a traumatic injury that left his intestines protruding. He has been closed up, but now he desperately needs a safe, quiet place to heal.
He is about 2 years old, 70 pounds and very sweet. After everything he has already endured, Stanley is now on the euthanasia list at Clayton County Animal Control.
We need someone who can open their home and give him the chance to recover.

🐾 MEET RILEY, AND LOOK AT THIS TRANSFORMATION! 🐾
Meet Riley from the Clayton County Animal Control Urgent List. ❤️ He is about 6 years old, 9 pounds, incredibly sweet, and will be neutered and have his dental cleaning next week.
A huge shoutout to the Paw Spa in Tyrone for this amazing transformation! When you trust someone with your rescue dogs, you want someone who truly cares. She has always given her time, patience, and love to our animals, and it shows.

JACK UPDATE: THIS IS WHY WE DO IT
"Let them know he’s so loved and very happy"
We try not to take on a lot of owner rehomes because there are already so many dogs sitting on the urgent list who desperately need us. But every once in a while, a situation comes along that cannot wait.
Jack was one of those dogs.
We knew Jack loved his balls, had a LOT of energy, and needed a new home quickly. So we scooped him up. ❤️
I fostered Jack here for a few days before he went to boarding. While in our care, he was neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, started on heartworm prevention, and temperament tested so we could learn as much as possible about him before placing him.
And now look at him. 🥹❤️
Jack has found a beautiful family who absolutely adores him, including children who are more than happy to help him burn off all that energy!
The energy that wasn't the best fit for his previous home turned out to be exactly what this family wanted. Sometimes it really is just about finding the right home for the right dog.
I'm incredibly grateful to Jack's previous owner for reaching out and trusting Blake's Buddies with a dog they obviously loved very much. Rehoming a dog you love isn't always an easy decision, and they wanted to make sure Jack ended up somewhere he could thrive.
And I'm equally grateful for the families who trust us to be transparent about our dogs before adoption and who know that our relationship doesn't end when they take their new family member home. We're here afterward, too.
This is what a happy ending looks like.
