Lighthouse Ministries

We had a great time at the Beach Creek Botanical Garden! The Field Trip Program had fun visiting the gardens, playing with the interactive displays, and spending time outside. 🌿💐

Experiences like these spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and help kids see the beauty in the world around them.

We're so thankful for opportunities to help our students explore, grow, and make lasting memories together. 💚

What a great day of serving our community! 💙🧹

Our students spent the day walking through the neighborhood, picking up trash and helping make Southeast Canton a cleaner place for everyone. We took a break inside to cool off from the heat, then headed right back out to finish the job!

Mr. John challenged the students to collect as much trash as they could, and their hard work paid off with a well-earned ice cream treat. 🍦 We loved seeing their teamwork, determination, and pride in caring for the neighborhood they call home.

Way to go, everyone!

With the summer heat in full swing, our Summer Field Trip Program found the perfect place to cool off! ☀️💦

Students had so much fun swimming, playing, and sharing plenty of laughs at the Massillon Rec Center. We love seeing friendships grow through experiences like these!

We are incredibly grateful for this amazing service team and the countless ways they poured into Lighthouse this past week. 💙

Their generosity, hard work, and servant hearts made a lasting impact on our community. They tackled enormous projects with determination and worked tirelessly from start to finish. No task was too big, and no challenge was met without grace, kindness, and unwavering commitment.

Thank you for choosing to serve alongside us, for believing in our mission, and for investing your time, talents, and hearts into the children and families of Southeast Canton. Your work will continue to bless our community for years to come, and we are so thankful for each and every one of you. ✨

What a beautiful day of adventure and making memories! Our Field Trip students had the opportunity to visit Brandywine Falls and experience one of Ohio's most beautiful natural treasures. 🌿

There was lots of exploring, laughter, and time spent enjoying God's amazing creation alongside friends. To make the day even sweeter, we stopped for ice cream on the way home! 🍦😊

Our hearts are full after Friday's Lighthouse Block Party! 💙

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us. A special thank you goes to Strasburg Mennonite Church for their generous financial support, which helped make this event possible. We are also so thankful for them coming alongside us to help set everything up and serve throughout the evening. Your willingness to serve so faithfully was a tremendous blessing.

Events like this remind us that community is built when people show up for one another, and we are so thankful for the many individuals, churches, and partners who continue to invest in the families and children of Southeast Canton.

Thank you for being part of the Lighthouse family. We are grateful for each of you!

Science came to life today! 🧪✨

Our students explored the fascinating world of Newtonian fluids, discovering how some liquids behave differently depending on the amount of force applied. Through hands-on experiments, they observed, tested, and learned that science is all about asking questions, making discoveries, and having fun along the way!

We love creating opportunities for students to learn through curiosity and creativity that make every lesson memorable. 🔬
