Our breath not only gives us life, it is a gateway to our fullest expression. A door to release stored energy in the body.
Emotion (energy in motion) is supposed to move through our being. As we hold onto unprocessed emotions and trauma we start to identify with false stories and patterns that take up space and prevent us from being our fullest self.
Breathwork has changed my life. To say the least. I have peeled back layers of myself I didn’t realize were there, gifting myself the opportunity to feel, heal, and step into my power.
Our breath is a gift we sometimes forget we have access to 24/7. Join me in an upcoming group session, September 15th 6:30-8. This is a monthly offering at Inner Whisper Studio.
