Athletes come into APD to get better—and leave with teammates, friends, coaches, and a place they feel like they belong🤝

That’s what we have at APD.

A place where athletes develop—not just physically, but as people.

200 sessions down, Jillian. Keep going🥎🔥

Build the athlete. Not just the lift.

Strength is one piece of the puzzle. Movement, power, speed, and control all matter.

1,000 career assists🏐🔥

Congratulations to Joanie Olson on reaching 1,000 career assists at Penn State York — becoming the fastest player in program history to reach the milestone🙌

We’ve had the opportunity to work with Joanie in high school and as she continues to develop as a collegiate athlete, and it’s been awesome to watch the work she puts in translate to the court💪

The numbers are impressive. The consistency behind them is even more impressive.

Keep developing. Keep competing. Keep raising the standard.

Congratulations, Joanie! 🔵⚪️

Training isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes it’s about recovering better🧘‍♀️

With 3 games already under their belt this week and a tournament coming up Saturday, the Cedar Cliff Girls Volleyball team didn’t need another hard strength session.

They needed to recover.

So yesterday, we brought in our lead Pilates instructor for a recovery-focused Mat Pilates session designed to help the athletes reset, move well, and prepare for the weekend.

At APD, in-season development means more than following a cookie-cutter program. We adjust the training based on the demands being placed on the athlete.

Know when to push. Know when to recover. Keep developing.

2 games. 2 goals. 2 assists🏒

Tessa Stephenson is off to a strong start with the Junior Flyers💪

Development isn’t just about what happens on game day — it’s about building the speed, power, strength, and movement skills that carry over when the puck drops.

Keep putting in the work. Keep developing.

September 11, 2001 🇺🇸

Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the victims, the families who continue to carry their memory, and the first responders and everyday Americans who showed extraordinary courage and selflessness in the days that followed.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

🇺🇸 September 11, 2001 — Never Forget.

The work in the gym carries over🔷

Elsa has been putting in consistent work at APD, and that development is showing up when it matters most.

📈 +4” Broad Jump
📈 +1” Vertical Jump

But the numbers are only part of the story.

Building strength, speed, power, and athleticism gives athletes the physical tools to compete at a higher level — and the confidence to step into those opportunities when they come.

Elsa is a great example of what can happen when an athlete commits to the process. 💪🏼⚡️

Your goals. Our mission.
