Intrepid Labs

You’ve grown out of the coffee shop/C3 phase, and need a new home. You need some place you can take clients, vendors, and investors. You’d love to get your own office, but you realized you have no idea if you are going to be 7 strong in a year or 15. A three year lease is out, but that’s all the landlords want to sign. It’s a home for as long as you need it and not a moment more. It can scale with you, and allows you to focus on running your business and nothing else. Grow your team as fast or as slow as you need, and never pay for a sqft you aren’t using. Get your own digs when ready because the lease you’ll sign with us is month to month. Don’t hire an office manager, don’t worry about internet, and don’t lose focus on the only important thing you are doing right now. Building your business.
