The MIT campus looked a lot different in 1932 when the first MIT Sloan Fellows MBA (then Sloan Fellows) cohort graduated than it does today.

Congratulations to Alexandra Diaz Arias, SFMBA '26, and the entire MIT Energy Conference Leadership Team on receiving the Henry B. Dupont III Team Award!

The Harry B. Dupont III Team Award recognizes excellence, leadership, community contribution, and demonstrated academic achievement as part of the MBA Achievement Awards for Leadership & Community Contribution.

Today marks the final day of classes for the MIT Sloan Fellows MBA Class of 2026. Where did these past 12 months go!?

In two weeks, our students will graduate and step back into the workforce, bringing with them new perspectives, stronger leadership capabilities, and a global network shaped by an intense and transformative year. From the classroom to real-world application, they are ready to lead with purpose and make meaningful impact across industries and communities.

We look forward to seeing all that these soon-to-be alumni will accomplish. It’s an honor to celebrate this milestone alongside the cohort as they carry forward MIT Sloan’s mission: to develop principled, innovative leaders who improve the world.
