We are SO excited to announce the release of “Hands,” our new wine created in collaboration with Scott Schultz and Jenny Schultz of Jolie-Laide in Sonoma.
As people who love food, wine, and the magic of pairing the two, we’ve always dreamed of creating a wine for our restaurant—one that complements our food and the seasonal dishes that showcase ingredients from local farms.
Historically, our palate has gravitated toward Old World wines for their minerality, acidity, texture, and sense of place. But as an American restaurant, we’ve always wanted our house wine to come from here.
We’re incredibly grateful to be working with Scott and Jenny. Their wines capture the spirit of the Old World while remaining distinctly Californian. They champion lesser-known ancestral French grape varieties such as Trousseau, Poulsard, and Gamay—which happens to make up the blend for Hands 🥳. Their commitment to ethical farming, small-production winemaking, and minimal intervention aligns beautifully with the way we think about food and hospitality.

We are SOLD OUT for tomorrow’s event. This will be our third dinner with Jason from and we’re SO excited for the menu we’ve written to pair with his wines.
