Running with purpose! 🏃‍♀️💙 We had an incredible sunny Sunday morning at the Boston Common for the Race to Cure Sarcoma!

Sarcoma is a rare and aggressive group of cancers, and because it’s so rare, research funding is often limited. That’s why events like this are incredibly important. By showing up, MIT VISTA joined a massive national movement: the Sarcoma Foundation of America has hosted over 130 of these races, bringing together 55,000+ participants and raising more than $8.5 million globally for life-saving research and patient education! 🎗️✨

A huge shoutout to everyone who ran, walked, or cheered us on from the sidelines. Together, we’re helping bring more awareness and support to the sarcoma community.

Art or science? Why not both? 🖼️🔬

We had a fantastic turnout for our VISTA tour of the Image Awards exhibition at the Koch Institute. From hidden cellular structures to gorgeous biological processes, it was incredible to see scientific research through an artistic lens.

Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such a great afternoon! 🙌🏼
