It’s been 2 long weeks of waiting, but today I bottle the whiskey!!! The wait makes me appreciate long aging times and patience it takes to make whiskey and bourbon on a large scale. Going to taste these tonight and see how they turned out. First impression just from looking the chestnut definitely created the deepest color change.
