We need to talk about something very important...

📅 YOUR WEDDING DATE.

Our calendar can fill up FAST, and we’ve actually had couples reach back out ready to book only to find out that another bride booked their date while they were still deciding. 😭

And let us tell you...

WE HATE SENDING THAT MESSAGE.

“I'm so sorry, but your date is no longer available.” 💔

Seriously. We hate it.

So if you receive a quote from Sleigh Rider Entertainment and you KNOW you want us there, don’t wait too long to make your decision!

Here’s exactly how our booking process works:

💌 ACCEPT YOUR QUOTE

Once you accept your quote in writing via email, we add your wedding date to our calendar and temporarily reserve it for YOU. 🔒🎉

📄 CONTRACT & INVOICE

We’ll send your contract and deposit invoice within 5 days of accepting your quote.

💰 MAKE IT OFFICIAL

You’ll then have 5 additional days to sign your contract and pay your deposit.

Once that’s done...

🥳 YOU'RE OFFICIALLY BOOKED!

⏰ One important little detail...

If the signed contract and deposit are not received within 10 days of accepting your quote, the reservation will be canceled and the date becomes available for someone else to book.

✨ SINGLE. AVAILABLE. AND BACK ON THE MARKET. ✨ 😂

We never want to pressure anyone into making a decision. We DO want you to know that wedding dates are first-come, first-served, and sometimes another couple is looking at the exact same Saturday you are.

So if you're thinking...

💭 “We love them. We definitely want them. I'll email them next week...”

Maybe don't give Future You that kind of responsibility. 😂

Send the email. Accept the quote. Get your date on our calendar. 📅✅

Because there are few things we dislike more than having to tell an excited bride who is finally ready to book:

😬 “I'm so sorry... someone booked your date.”

And then you have to go back to DJ shopping.

Nobody wants to go back to DJ shopping. 🤣🎧
