Ok, I can give you some details about what happened. I’m referring to what I said this morning and that young woman that commented su***de.
I am reaching out to my Facebook family. Because these people might just become my extended family. My daughter is engaged to the young woman’s cousin.
Ok to give you some facts to what’s going on. My daughter is engaged to a young man named Jason. My daughter and Jason are living together. Jason has had to mover back in with his parents, so in turn Leanna is there too.
Jason parents home is like the family apartment. Because not only is Jason and Leanna living there but so is Jason’s older brother Brian, and there Grandmother. Also Jason’s uncle Keith and his family is there too. They include his wife, son and daughter. He (Keith) has Cancer and lost his home so they had to move in with his brother, Jason’s Dad. Keith’s daughter is named Sam.
Sam is, or was 25 years old. Sam has had some problems for some time now. She has already been institutionalized once but because one reason or another it didn’t stick. It all started to come to a head a few weeks ago. Leanna had come to me more than a few times about it. She was worried about her and the family because of how unstable she was. It was nothing for her to snap and become violent to anyone around her. She dropped out of high school, I imagine it was because of how unstable she was. Two weeks ago she got into a fist fight with her Aunt and almost caused her to go to jail. She made her Aunt so mad that she almost choked her out. Now I don’t agree in handling it like that but I do understand how someone that is that unstable can drive to to do that.
For weeks she would just sit in the dark for hours and stair into nothingness. It wasn’t unusual for Jason to go into the bathroom and find food that Sam had opened and left there. She would also go and get fresh food and take a bite and say it was bad and throw it away. She would go to the others bedrooms and just throw stuff at them. She would sit all alone and talk but talk to no one. Needless to say she was very sick and it wasn’t getting any better. It was obvious to Leanna that she was going to hurt herself or someone else.
Last week she(Sam) told her Dad )Keith) that she was seeing people that wasn’t there and hearing voices that also wasn’t there. Sam was getting on her Facebook and making post and turning around and answering herself, several times. So much that her friends were asking her if she was ok and she would respond like she had no idea what there were talking about.
Leanna was so worried that she called the Peach county so see what she could do to get the poor girl help. She met them over here so not to cause trouble or to escalate the problem. They came here and straight up told her that there was absolutely nothing she could do unless she (Sam) was or is hurting herself or others. Only Sam’s immediate family could help her.
Keith was going to take her to the hospital to get her help. But Sam’s mother said there was nothing wrong with her, that she was seeing God and hearing Angels. That was something Sam didn’t need to hear that. So Sam’s mother stopped Keith from taking her. Sam’s younger sister out of state was going to get her to move where she was and then commit her. Sadly she didn’t have time to do it.
The next day Sam’s cheese finally slid off her cracker. She sat fire to some furniture at the house and then went up into her grandmas bedroom and just destroyed everything. Keith tried to stop her but she sprayed paint in his face. He told her she could have blinded him and she just laughted. Jason’s Dad finely had enough and told Keith that Sam had to go and now!
So last night, I don’t know the reason but I can guess, Keith and Sam got into it bad.
Leanna and Jason was trying to stay out of it so the locked themselves upstairs in there room. So about 10:00 pm Sam ran out of the house and down the street, which was state highway 42 in Byron. She was very upset and having a very serious episode. About 11:30 the peach county Sheriff came to the house and informed them that Sam was dead. Just after she ran out of the house she purposely ran out in front of a car and killed herself! The whole family is devastated.
The family didn’t have any insurance on her so they have to pay for everything that is going to take to bury her. With Keith’s cancer and Jason’s Dad have in gto feed everyone and pay all the bills, he’s broke.
So I’m trying everything I can to help them and in turn I’m turning to my Facebook family for help. I’m going to reach out to some band and see if they could do a benefit for her. But if you can’t donate please share this. This family desperately needs out help. Just think about it and please help them all you can. If you want to give directly to them privately message me and I will connect you with them.
I would do this for any of you if it was your family.
This is no joke and I’m not trying to scam anyone. Please help me help them. Please help them.

Ok Southern Crossroads fans.
For everyone that knows Bob Willams, he is doing great, he's got his mind back. He started taking meds for what is wrong with him and now he's our old Bob again. But he now needs our help. He has an apartment. Someone stole everything he had. All he has in his home is a desk and a bed. He don't even have a place to sit. Now to my music friends that has played with Bob. You know for a fact that he has given his shirt off his back for us before. Hell there was times he wouldn't even pay his self after a gig so we could get payed. A lot of people that are playing now got there first time on stage because of him. Please let's help him.
