🏕️ Did your pup enjoy one last camping weekend for Labor Day? 🐾

Between the dirt, campfire smell, tree sap, and everything else they managed to roll in… they may be ready for a Spaw Day! 🛁✨

🐶 “WHY IS MY DOG THERE FOR 5 HOURS?”

This is probably the biggest misunderstanding about normal grooming appointments!

Your pup is NOT sitting in a kennel for 5 hours.

A normal Spaw Day includes:

🛁 Bath
💨 Drying
🪮 Brushing & prep
✂️ Haircut/grooming
🐾 Breaks when needed
✨ Finishing touches

We rotate through the day and work at a comfortable pace instead of rushing everyone straight through.

Some pups actually do GREAT with this setup because they get little breaks between steps. ❤️

If your pup does better being groomed straight through with minimal waiting, that’s exactly what our VIP option is for!

Neither is better — it’s about what works best for YOUR pup. 🐾

❤️ WHICH APPOINTMENT IS “BEST”?

There actually isn’t one!

Every pup receives the same love, care & quality of grooming regardless of which appointment you choose.

The difference is simply how their time is scheduled.

🐾 Normal = comfortable, standard-paced Spaw Day
✨ VIP = dedicated one-on-one time
☀️ Afternoon = later drop-off & less of the day at the shop
⏰ Priority = normal appointment with an earlier required finish
🚨 Emergency = getting squeezed in ASAP

Different dogs need different things. Different families have different schedules.

That’s exactly why I’d rather give you OPTIONS than try to make every pup fit into the same schedule. ❤️🐶

💜 AFTERNOON APPOINTMENTS ARE GOING GREAT! 💚

I’m still testing out our new afternoon appointment option, and so far it’s been going great! 🐾 With a little extra help around the Spaw this week, I’ve been able to open up a few more spots!

And just so there’s no confusion — YES, your babies are still being groomed by me! 💜🐾 I simply have a little extra helping hand around the shop, which allows me to fit in a few more appointments while still giving your babies the same Ruff Cutts care they’re used to.

If you’re booking a normal Spaw appointment but need your pup finished earlier or by a certain time, just let me know.

For an additional fee, we can add a priority finish to their appointment. ❤️

These are next-working-day appointments that I squeeze into an already scheduled day.

Great for:
🐾 “I completely forgot to book!”
🐾 Unexpected situations
🐾 When waiting for the next regular opening just isn’t going to work

Because I’m fitting your pup into an already full schedule, I choose the drop-off time and pickup time is estimated.

Emergency fee:
🐾 Essential Spaw: +$30
🐾 Signature Spaw: +$60
