We are grateful for the support of Cassandra Cassidy, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant serving children and families in our community.

Through play therapy, Cassandra helps children process their experiences, build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and better understand the world around them. She also partners closely with caregivers, recognizing the important role families play in supporting a child's growth and well-being.

We are incredibly grateful to be a recipient of their funding and honored to partner with an organization that is so deeply committed to strengthening Montana communities.

Based in Cameron, Montana, The Amicus Foundation is a private faith and family-focused foundation that supports nonprofit organizations working in the areas of faith, families, education, health, veterans, and conservation. After this, we will go to a wait list if any future spots open up. We have had a LOT of new rider applications this year (along with returning riders!) and we are so excited to see everyone in just a few weeks.

Butte Special Riders - 2026 T-Shirt Sponsorship Opportunities!

We are excited to announce the opportunity for businesses and individuals to support the Butte Special Riders by becoming a sponsor for our 2026 Volunteer & Rider T-Shirts!

Sponsorship Details:

🐴 Contribution Amount: Each sponsorship costs $250.
🐴 Logo Placement: Sponsors' logos will be prominently featured on the back of all 2026 volunteer and student t-shirts.

We are still looking for passionate volunteers to join us for the 2026 season! Whether you’re a seasoned "horse person" or simply looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community, there is a place for you in our arena.

As a volunteer, you are the backbone of our program. You provide the vital safety and encouragement our riders need. No prior horse experience is required. We provide all the training you need...you just provide the heart!
