Taking Time to Heal

I am temporarily pausing all clients until Mayish*

The symptoms of the spinal csf leak im dealing with have increased in the last few weeks. I can only be upright for a few hours at a time. The good news—is that my symptoms usually can be relieved within 20-30 minutes of laying down. However, the episodes are becoming more frequent.

I want to be clear—I am not permanently closing my practice of seeing clients for reiki and readings—I am simply taking a brief pause to heal and recover.

I will be at Mayo Clinic towards the end of march and will re-assess a resuming date for clients at this time. I’ve done this before and can do it again 😍

I appreciate all the love everyone has shown me. It means to much to me 🥹

I’ve really been trying to keep my chin up during this whole thing. I’m mostly keeping it up—the bad days are not winning.

Oh hey there. 👋🏼 I’m back.

In 2022, I stepped away from posting regularly. My son was born, and life threw us into a season I never saw coming. Since then, my immediate family has had over 40 hospital visits—surgeries, ERs, imaging—you name it. I’ve been through a spinal fluid leak, brain fog, and a diagnosis that finally explained decades of mystery symptoms: Ehlers-Danlos + POTS.

I don’t love the physical season I’m in. It’s hard. But I’ve found clarity, connection, and—maybe most importantly—myself.

I’m back to my creativity.
Back to my work as a spiritual medium and healer.
Back to embracing every part of who I am.
Back to believing I matter.

And I’m launching something I’ve held in my heart for a long time:
✨ Spirit Everyday—a space for connecting to Spirit in the beauty and chaos of real life.

So here I am. And there’s more to come.
