This FREE program is designed to help families:

MEND is all about small, sustainable changes that add up over time. Families learn together, support each other, and have fun along the way.

Ready to get moving? ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ Weโ€™re kicking off a fun, city-wide Walking Challenge to get us all active and connected! Whether youโ€™re walking for health, fun, or to see more of our beautiful city, letโ€™s do this together!

๐ŸŽฏ Challenge Details: Start Date: February 24th
๐Ÿ“… End Date: March 23rd
๐Ÿ’ช Goal: To prioritize daily movement
๐Ÿ‘Ÿ How to Participate: Simply walk (or do any form of movement) track your progress and share your progress!
๐Ÿ† Prizes: There will be several different ways to win prizes throughout the challenge. Prizes will include local items with a wellness focus (water bottles, fitness gear, gift cards, etc)

This doesn't have to be 20-30 minutes consecutively. You can break it up into several smaller walks during the day.

Introducing Postpartum, Revitalized! A high-touch group coaching programs for postpartum moms.

This program bridges the gap between infant feeding help and women's wellness.

As a dietitian and board certified lactation consultant, I love helping women find their groove in the postpartum season.

As moms, we don't just need help with breastfeeding. We need help with breastfeeding/bottle feeding while still taking care of ourselves and enjoying the postpartum season.
