🧡 MEET THE MAKERS: COPPER SISTER DESIGNS — PART THREE
We couldn’t wrap up our Meet the Makers feature on Jailee Coyne without sharing some of the most stunning, one-of-a-kind pieces she has ever created.
Jailee has made many special pieces for the Montana Tech Alumni Foundation, but these custom rings required an entirely different level of craftsmanship. From creating each ring from the ground up to incorporating turquoise, copper dolomite and intricate Montana Tech details, every part was thoughtfully handcrafted by Jailee.
They have the presence of championship rings—but each one is also a completely original piece of wearable art, created right here in Butte.
These rings show just how far Jailee’s creativity and craftsmanship can go. She doesn’t simply make jewelry—she can take an idea, a story or something meaningful and turn it into a truly one-of-a-kind piece.

As Copper Sister Designs grew, so did Jailee’s creativity and the ways she could help people tell their stories through jewelry.
Several years ago, she added permanent jewelry to her work. Some of these videos go all the way back to those early days—including Jailee fitting anklets for her sister Machelle—and it has been incredible to watch this part of her business grow.
Today, Jailee creates permanent bracelets and anklets that can be as simple or as personal as you want. She can incorporate names and meaningful details to celebrate moms, sisters, aunts, birthdays, friendships, milestones and the people who mean the most.
Every piece is custom-fitted, thoughtfully created and made to represent a connection worth keeping. 🧡
