**Job Duties:**
🛠️ Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, etc.)
🏨 Handle guest room repair requests promptly and professionally
🌳 Maintain **yard work, landscaping, and property beautification**
🏗️ Assist with renovation and improvement projects
🚪 Keep the **inside and outside** of the building clean, safe, and well-maintained

**Requirements:**

✅ Basic knowledge of general repairs and maintenance
