A curled extrusion hole is not a standard “pull it from the catalog” type of tool.

For one customer application, our partners in Germany completed testing before the tool ever left the facility. The goal was simple: confirm the final result, check the form quality, and make sure the customer received a tool that was ready to perform.

That extra testing step helps remove guesswork and gives the customer confidence before the tooling arrives.

Special applications take extra attention - and that is exactly where strong supplier support matters!

Sometimes the question is not just “Can we punch this?” It is “What is the best way to process this part?” Zimco Tool helps customers think through tool size, station limits, clearance, material thickness, forming requirements, and production efficiency before the order is placed!

Boschert copper machines are built for demanding bus bar work, and the tooling setup is a big part of getting the most out of the machine. Zimco Tool supports customers with tooling for punching, forming, marking, and special applications used in copper processing.
