Responsibilities:

Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures
Install parking lot lighting
Retrofit LED
Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
Troubleshoot power supplies and electrical systems
Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Badger Lighting and Signs is looking to hire qualified sign installers/technicians.

Our company is currently seeking to hire sign installers with the skills to install and perform maintenance on all types of signs. This includes building signs, channel letter and cabinet signs, monument and pylon signs.

Must have previous experience in the sign industry.
Hold a valid driver's license.
Ability to use tape measure and power tools.
Ability to accurately measure and cut metal, plastic, and wire.
Use of power operated bucket lift and ladder.
Ability to operate forklift
Has good customer interface and communication skills.
Has experience in trouble shooting, mounting and wiring neon transformers and fluorescent ballasts.
Has experience servicing LED and neon signage.
Has experience with Parking lot lighting
Can modify a sign cabinet or raceway on site if required.
Able to resolve unique installation problems in the field and think on your feet.
Able to mount channel letters on sign cabinet or raceway.
