As summer vegetation dies back, bass zero in on the remaining mats, holes, points and outside edges—prime ambush spots for a hollow-body frog.

🔥 A few tips for the fall frog bite:
• Look for duckweed, hydrilla and mixed cover—especially where bluegill are active.
• Move your frog quickly across open water, then slow it down around holes and edges.
• Try a popping frog along broken edges and a walking frog when you need to cover water.
• Go black in low light or dirty water and green/brown in clearer conditions.
• When a bass EXPLODES on it, resist the urge to set immediately. Reel down, feel the fish load up—then drive those hooks home!
The fall frog window may be shorter, but the payoff can be a whole lot BIGGER.
