Last week, the entire IPM family got together to celebrate 2023! During our annual plan meeting, we reviewed the past year, looked ahead to 2024, and highlighted some of the incredible projects our consultants completed during the year.

On top of that, everyone had to channel their inner architect for a competitive "marshmallow challenge" where we worked as teams to build the tallest, freestanding structure. It was great getting everyone together and spending time with IPMers from across our 7 offices. Here's to a great 2024!

Last week at the IPM headquarters, we celebrated the holiday season in style! Our second annual cookie decorating contest was a showcase of creativity and fun, with many people decorating up until the very last minute. We then shared the love with a homemade cookie exchange! 🍪🎄

We are very proud to announce that IPM has received a 2023 Torch Award for Ethics from the Chicago Better Business Bureau! The award recognizes companies that exemplify marketplace trust and excellence. This is the fourth time IPM has received a Torch Award from the BBB.

IPM's 13th Annual St. Louis Challenge was a fantastic experience! This year our emphasis was on well-being, with a training session focused on resiliency, creativity, and fostering a growth mindset. We also enjoyed team-building at the Missouri Botanical Garden and tapped into our imaginations through mandala crafting.

IPM is proud to share that, for the second consecutive year, we've earned a spot as a Top Workplace in Chicago by the Chicago Tribune! We're honored to rank 20th in the small company category for businesses with fewer than 250 employees.

🎃 Last week, IPM was filled with the spirit of fall and Halloween fun! Our team showed off their culinary skills with a variety of homemade Crockpot dishes, with the Mississippi Pot Roast being a big hit! Alongside the great food, many IPMers tapped into their creative side with some fantastic pumpkin painting. Thank you to all who participated!

In honor of our 35th anniversary, we threw a birthday bash for our Chicago-based employees! Pizza, cake, ice cream, and games were all part of the festivities. It was a fantastic time bringing everyone together!
