Source 1 participated in Tuesday's EQUAL PAY Rally at Daley Center Plaza, Chicago. Women still make only 79 cents for every dollar earned by men. The Paycheck Fairness Act would ensure that equal work brings equal pay by strengthening workplace laws and barring retaliation against workers who disclose their own wages to coworkers. # IT'S NOT THAT COMPLICATED.
