A full room at the Hyderabad office made one thing clear: product leaders are eager to exchange practical ideas on how to build AI.

We hosted ProductTank Hyderabad, an informal meetup that brings the local product community together for open, practical conversations on the craft of building products.
This session focused on how teams can turn AI into meaningful product value, with insights from Prashanth Nanjundappa and a panel featuring Aravind Aluri, Praveen Kumar and Satyavati Kharde, moderated by Avadhoot Kulkarni. One theme stayed consistent throughout: while the tools are evolving quickly, strong product work still relies on curiosity, ownership, problem-solving, trust and thoughtful experimentation. The session closed with Satyavati Kharde sharing how AI is already driving meaningful progress beyond software.

Thank you to Srikanth Reddy and Manishankar Mamidichetti for bringing it all together.

A week built for reflection, challenge and forward momentum.

Progress leaders recently joined Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School for an immersive leadership and strategy experience. Sessions focused on the priorities shaping our business today, from navigating uncertainty and decision making to AI and leadership at scale. Practical simulations and group work turned insight into action.

Our Executive Sponsors, Amanda Arria and Loren Jarrett, joined during the week and brought a clear Progress lens to the experience.

Thank you to the Cambridge Judge faculty and Progress Program Director Ruthmarie Swisher for an engaging and thought-provoking week.

A cleaner city starts with all of us.

Last week, our Raleigh team joined the Great Raleigh Cleanup for a morning of community service downtown. Teamwork is one of our core values, and days like this bring it to life beyond the office. We are to partner with A Place at the Table, an organization creating meaningful employment opportunities for Raleigh residents experiencing homelessness.

Thank you to every Progresser who gave their time.

When your business processes $100B in electronic transactions annually, infrastructure performance and security cannot slow down.

A leading payment services enterprise needed faster insight into network behavior without adding operational complexity. By using Progress Flowmon cybersecurity to detect anomalies with AI, supported by Progress WhatsUp Gold for real-time infrastructure monitoring and Progress Kemp LoadMaster to keep critical applications available, the organization unified network visibility and threat detection.

The result was faster response, faster resolution and growth without expanding the security team.

AI adoption moves fastest when you stop designing for one “ideal user.”

This episode of Friday AI with Phil looks at how different roles adopt and use AI. Hosts Philip Miller, Nichol Goldstein and Hinal Patel are joined by guest Katelyn Pendarvis to explore how different working styles can adopt AI in ways that feel natural, while discoverability and how marketing shows up continue to evolve.

Two takeaways worth stealing: build multiple on‑ramps for different roles, and bring discoverability into the center of your marketing approach.
The focus here isn’t on tools. It’s on designing momentum teams can carry forward.

Vivek Yadav represented Progress as a guest judge at RV University ’s 24‑hour hackathon, a hands‑on event where students built AI and web development solutions.

Around 150 students took part, with 31 finalist teams creating and coding solutions to real‑world challenges during the hackathon. Members of our Progress Chef team shared two industry‑driven problem statements, and student teams developed functional prototypes under time constraints, then demonstrated their work and technical decisions to the judging panel. The solutions reflected strong technical skill, smart trade‑offs and thoughtful ex*****on.

Congratulations to the students Aditya and Bhavana for winning the AI and ML track.
Thank you to Vivek Yadav for representing Progress on the judging panel and to Poonam Pachori for coordinating the event.

What does an AI‑ready career look like in the real world? We explored that question with 300+ students at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management in Delhi.

The session covered how AI is shaping modern technology, the role strong fundamentals play and how Progress helps turn learning into real engineering impact. Students also got a clear look at our internship experience, from hands‑on production work to early ownership.

Hearing directly from intern alumni made those career paths feel achievable, followed by an engaged Q&A on skills and growth. Huge thanks to Ritesh Agrawal, Sachin Kumar Tewari and Rahul Bhatnagar for sharing their stories.
