“KESSAB SALAD ” Ingredients: 4 cucumbers, cut into small cubes 3 Roma tomatoes, cut into small cubes and seeds removed 1 red onion, cut into small cubes 1 cup feta cheese, cut into small cubes Juice of 1 lemon 1 teaspoon mint, dried and crushed ½ teaspoon Trader Joe’s Chili Lime Seasoning 2-4 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Instructions: In a bowl, add all chopped vegetables. Add crushed mint and Trader Joe’s Chili Lime seasoning and mix gently. Next add lemon juice and olive oil and another gentle mix. Last but not least add the feta cheese. Mix gently one more time and garnish with mint and drizzle some Trader Joe’s Chili Lime seasoning on the top and serve!
