Meet our GM/Sous Chef John, you may have see him in the front of the house managing, or behind the scenes cooking. From a young age John has always had a passion for cooking in the kitchen. He naturally became a culinary student and dedicated his time to perfecting his skills, palette, and creativity.
Being a leader by heart John jumped to the top of management and excelled in his leadership and cooking skills. John has been our GM/Sous Chef since we opened our doors in 2020, he is a huge factor and a very important part of us
We asked John a couple of questions so you can get to know him a little better...
What are some inspirations behind the dishes you create?
John: "My inspiration is always just to keep learning and not being afraid to trying new things."
What is your favorite pizza from ?
John: "The Margherita!"
Do you have a favorite dish to cook?
John: "My homemade Fish Tacos!"
When not at work, what are some of your favorite hobbies?
John: "Jujitsu, yoga, or tending to my plants at home."
After a long day at Life Rooted, what is
your go-to adult drink?
John: "An Old Fashioned!"
