On January 26, 1950, a meeting was held by the Grange, a nationwide organization formed for the betterment of agriculture and rural communities, to discuss Oscar Schmidt's vision of a community center for social events. Tom Clark has served as Comal County Justice of the Peace, Precinct 1, for three terms and is seeking reelection for a fourth, according to a campaign press release. Clark has deep roots in Comal County as a third generation resident, New Braunfels High School graduate and Texas A&M University alumni.

Kick off 2026 with a fun evening playing BINGO!!! The BSB Area Foundation hosts Bingo in Bulverde presented by Sproull Technology on the 1st Friday of every Month (except July) at the Community Center off Ammann Rd. Doors open at 5 pm with Early Bird Bingo (3 games) starting at 5:30 and Regular Bingo (10 games) starting at 6:30 pm. **CASH ONLY**
Come hungry and stop by the VFW Post 12205's Concession Stand serving up Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Nachos, and pulled pork sandwiches along with all the sides. Then you can enjoy some delicious home baked desserts. Credit cards accepted.

Cragg's Do It Best Lumber and Home Center needs your help in getting the Angels with SJRC Texas & Belong presents for the holidays. This is their 23rd year of supporting this program. Come out and support the kids!
Please stop by and pick an angel tag with a child's wishes for Christmas. The kiddos live at the St. Jude's Ranch for Children here in Bulverde or may be at a foster home, but also associated with the Ranch. This is our 23rd year. We thank you so much, without your big loving hearts we just couldn't do this!
