Tejas Steakhouse is open Thurs-Sun, year-round! We also host corporate & social events all year long! Tejas Rodeo produces a competitive rodeo every Saturday night March-November, with live bands, Texas BBQ and other food and drinks, along with great dancing on rodeo nights. Experience professional rodeo at its finest. We also host corporate and private events of all sizes on our beautiful grounds with delicious catering options, giving your guests a true Taste of Texas. Our award-winning steakhouse is open to the public 4 days a week, Thursday-Sunday. โข A qualified ride requires the cowboy to stay aboard for 8 seconds with one hand in the bull rope. His free hand canโt touch the bull, himself, or the equipment.
โข A bull ride is scored out of 100 points. 50 for the cowboy and 50 for the bull.
โข The bullโs 50 points are based on how difficult he is to ride, including his buck, kick, spin, speed and overall power.
โข The cowboyโs 50 points come from how well he rides the bull โ his control, balance, rhythm and ability to stay in time with the bullโs movements.
So a higher score doesnโt just mean the cowboy stayed on.. it usually means a tougher bull and a better ride. ๐ค

Breakaway is quick.. like REALLY quick. From the time the calf leaves the chute, these girls only have a few seconds to get in position, find their shot, and get a rope on. Thereโs not much room for hesitation. ๐ค

The bulls are ready. The dirtโs ready. Are you? ๐๐ค
Itโs ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ at Tejas! Gates open at 5:00. Come hungry, grab a cold drink, find your seat, and get ready for rodeo night at Tejas!
The rodeo may rest on Fridays, but the Texas heat doesnโt. ๐ฅ
And no rodeo tonight doesnโt mean there arenโt still plenty of reasons to come to Tejas. ๐ค
