Professional home organizer serving all of the Western New York area.

If you’ve ever looked at this Instagram account and thought that hiring a professional organizer isn’t for “average”people, I want you to know that we work in houses, apartments and condos all over Western New York helping such a broad mix of people, it’s actually pretty incredible:
- the overwhelmed mom struggling with ADHD
- the married couple who is three kids in and drowning in clutter that was never an issue before
- the elderly senior who is going through the downsizing process solo and needs support
- the lawyer who is treating herself to organization as self care instead of retail therapy
- the executive who is relocating with his family and needs help with the move
- the single dad who is struggling post-divorce to keep life in order for his kids
The list goes on and on.
Clutter and organization problems are not income-specific. So I guess I’m just saying: this can look like a luxury service (and that’s definitely something it can be sometimes for some people), but the core of what we do is very different.
Reach out.
☀️ and 🌈 loading…! The secret here was:
- Clear bins for littles who need to see it to know it exists
- Labels with pictures for non-readers so they know where things go (even when the bin has been emptied)
- Bins that fit like a glove, which doesn’t happen by accident… it happens by measuring BEFORE you go to the store
-Zipper pouches to contain smaller pieces and sub-categories also help bring order to the chaos

What do they call it? Maycember? Totally felt that this year both personally and in the business, but I’m grateful!
Between all the refreshes we’ve gotten to do for clients we’ve worked with for years, so many fun closet organization projects and a large-scale whole-home packing job (not to mention the photo organizing projects we have running in parallel), I’m proud of how many ways can help our clients now (thanks to the hard working ladies by my side everyday!)
What will June bring?!

In a battle of two shallow pantry cupboards versus one big deep pantry, I would take the two shallow pantry cupboards every day.
Why?! Because most people are inevitably going to lose stuff in the back and a shallow pantry makes it far less likely that will happen!
Stuff tends to get “lost” and forgotten about, even with pull out drawers, so we highly recommend labeling pantry shelves. It lets everyone know where to find things and where to put them away, without the need for additional containment.
So tell me?! Would you rather have a big, deep pantry closet? Or a tall cabinet style pantry? Or, would you die for any type of pantry at all?! The real heroes are the ones who are making it all work within the confines of their kitchen cabinets 😅
Pantry organizing is our jam… if it’s not yours, reach out to see how we can help!
The answer to this will NOT be the same for every family or even for every food category in the same pantry!
Things that often make sense to decant:
• Baking ingredients (flour, sugar, brown sugar, chocolate chips)
• Pasta, rice & grains
• Cereal
• Crackers & snacks
Reasons TO decant:
✔️ Easier to see what you actually have
✔️ Creates consistency and less visual clutter
✔️ Can keep some foods fresher
✔️ Helps maximize pantry space (packaging wastes a lot of space!)
Reasons NOT to:
✖️ Extra time to refill containers
✖️ Packaging often has expiration/allergen info
✖️ Bulky or oddly shaped foods don’t always fit well
✖️ Sometimes the “Pinterest pantry” life just isn’t your reality and that’s A-okay
✖️ You may still need room for the backstock of the item if it won’t all fit in the container, which can be an annoying
My vote? Functional > perfect every time. Don’t sign up to decant if you’re not going to maintain the system
So tell me, are you Team Decant or Team Keep-It-In-The-Box?

A cute little girls closet and dresser makeover… but one of my favorite details isn’t the bins or the bows 🎀
It’s this: labels on the dresser drawers
Such a simple thing, but it makes everyday life so much easier.
Because when it’s 7:15am and someone is trying to find pajamas, socks, or a clean onesie, nobody wants to play “guess which is long sleeve or short sleeve.” Mom, dad, grandma, babysitter… everyone is on the same page.
Organization isn’t just about making a space look pretty. It’s about creating systems that make life easier for the people actually living in it.

I’m not gonna tell you that you have too many water bottles if ….
1) You also have a lot of people who live in your house
2) You have the room to store them
3) You keep them organized
4) You can justify that there are multiple kinds for multiple different reasons… Water and smoothies and coffee and all the things
Also, creating a hydration/breakfast/smoothie station in your kitchen if that’s part of your family’s routine could be sooooo helpful! Just an idea… 💡
Do you have a water bottle organizer? How else do you store them? Did you notice the straw holder too?

If it’s spring sports season in your house, then I know you and your laundry room are working double time to keep up!
Just imagine how much more like a super mom or dad you’d feel if you were walking into a highly efficient laundry/utility room to get it all done, rather than a disheveled room that’s gotten completely overwhelming.
