One of my favorite things to do lately is ask my girls, "What does that/this mean?"

"What does kindness mean?"
"What does being brave mean?"
"What does respect mean?"

Sometimes their answers are completely silly, and they end up being goofy instead of answering the question. That's part of the fun.

But every now and then, they say something so profound and well thought through. All I can do is just smile and say "that's right baby".

I'm constantly on call for work but these moments where I can enjoy morning cuddles and coffee with my girls...that's peak for me🤎☕

Parking garage rooftop, sun going down, kids running around… and I’m just standing there thinking.

Being a Ta**us, I’ve always been wired to hold it down. Stay solid. Be the one people can lean on.

But cycle breaking?
