TCDC is dedicated to providing assistance in the areas of education, human service, and life skills, along with economic and self empowerment to ensure the success of individuals who live in the inner city of Buffalo, NY. TCDC services individuals through Educational Enrichment, Job Readiness, and Parenting Skill Programs. Building relationships with those in our surrounding communities, while helping them to achieve, is the way we will build a community one person at a time.
