The purpose of this event is to provide individuals with disabilities, their families, and the advocates an opportunity to connect with transition‐based support resources. This seminar is open to anyone in the public who is interested, including those living outside the Buffalo‐Hanover‐Montrose school district. We are here for YOU to explore, ask questions and prepare!

Transition Trek 11 is about 1 week away!! This Event will be on Thursday, April 28th from 6:00-8:30, at the PRIDE Transitions building, located right across from Tatanka Elementary in Buffalo. The address is 800-8th Street NE, Buffalo.

UPDATE: Deb Theis Scherber, a community member, contacted me to let me know that her son Matthew Scherber took his drone over our tribute.... so super cool!! Thank You so much for not only taking the time, but for sharing!💜💜💜

Students were challenged with having a little fun with this Winter Cold Snap~ Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Pops by using outside as their freezer! We have had 2 of our students submit their photos so far! The consensus so far is that the results are YUMMY!
