Found a new game during this weeks latest inspection called "Where's the Gas Meter?" Spoiler alert: I lost 🤣🤣🤣

These quick, inexpensive updates make a big difference, especially since hidden mold can linger in old showerheads even after cleaning.

Helpful tip!!! If you suspect a clogged drain and you have thin walled pvc under the sink, try shining a flashlight through one side of the p trap. You should be able to locate the blockage 🫡

If your dryer vent cover falls off or goes missing, don’t ignore it. That opening is basically a welcome mat for birds, rodents, and cold drafts to get straight into your home.
