Today, we were toured by summer interns from the accounting firm used by our company -- Freed Maxick.

Freed likes to show their interns, who are still in college, the operations of their clients so they can get an outside-of-the-classroom, beyond-the-ledger understanding of all the various drivers behind the numbers and principles they learn about in their studies and work. We discussed all sorts of accounting and finance matters as related to manufacturing -- inventory, cost accounting, cash flow, taxes, investment, and much more.

We wish them the best as they progress through the internship and their college careers.
