BPPN - Buffalo Home Visiting Program

The Buffalo Home Visiting Program provides comprehensive home based services to families for 3 to 5 years after a child is born.
Its single goal is to help parents meet the challenges of parenting in order to assure healthy development for their children. The Buffalo Home Visiting Program:
- Ensures that families' basic needs are met (help is given to families who need services from food pantries, public assistance, WIC, housing assistance, etc.).
- Provides families with a family support worker who will visit them in the
