Join us tomorrow, June 2, as we raise the Progress flag at Niagara Square to mark the official start of Pride Month here in WNY!
Remarks from community leaders will begin at noon. The Flag Raising Ceremony is organized by the Stonewall Democrats. See you there!

The Comfort Station at the Buffalo Pride Parade line-up, presented by the Buffalo Sabres Foundation, is your spot to use restroom and hand-washing facilities or fill up your re-usable water bottle while you wait to step off. Stop by the Comfort Station at the parking lot of the Clinton Center!

Queen City Realness – This award will go to the group that brings Buffalo’s q***r roots to life. Give us a presentation that’s undeniably Buffalo and talk proud about our city’s LGBTQIA2S+ history.
Werk of Art – This award will go to the group with the most artistic and imaginative presentation. From DIY divas to museum-worthy masterpieces, it’s time to let your creativity bloom.
Ate, No Crumbs – ‘Fit check! This award will go to the most fashionable, stunning, fierce and ferocious group. Turn a lewk and make Elmwood Avenue your runway.
Iconic Behavior – This award goes to the group who pays the best tribute to a q***r icon, past or present. Show us how their roots give you the strength to grow.
Period. – This award will go to the group that sends a message so powerful, so clear, so moving or so of-the-moment that the only response imaginable is, “Period.” What does your group have to say?
