Been a bit since I've posted, But I dont ever stop!

One day while running some wires I noticed something that looked suspicious and decided to take a further look into it. Ended up finding a massive problem thats gone undetected for quite some time. The kitchen sink was no longer draining as it should but instead draining straight into a crawl space which caused further damage, Mold, And things like silverfish thriving in the damp dark and cold environment. Not Only did I fix the plumbing, I also did a mold remediation. Trust that I do not overlook anything, Especially when it means I might have to get down and dirty 😅

Its Air Conditioning season, And this local business owner fired up the A/C this year and for a few days was only getting warm air in the rooms on those few hot days we had. When I got there the fan and compressor outside on the condenser unit was not working and only the fan from the furnace was blowing air. traced the issue down to the capacitor and after swapping that out they both kicked on and started cooling. Also changed the filter for them for a fresh season and to maintain their system. Contact me if your having issues or wanna maintain your system as you fire it up this season to avoid any issues!
