I am also certified in Zero Balancing which is a transformative energetic body work. It's all connected, body, mind, heart. When those elements are aligned, healing happens.

When I started my massage therapy career, I had this system in mind for the kind of therapy I wanted to provide. I had experienced the benefits of this modality, and I knew how powerfully effective it would be for so many people who were looking for solutions to their pain and injuries.

Well, today, I'm diving in! Over the next 6 months, I'll be studying and practicing and implementing Functional Range Release, Conditioning, and Assessment into treatment plans with my patients. It combines teaching, touch, and training to empower each individual to regain control, strength, and range of motion.

I have some plans for workshops and group classes to teach the mobility and recovery side of things, so be on the lookout for those. In the meantime, I'm more than happy to talk all about it because this info is freaking cool.

Zero Balancing II. The second weekend workshop out of four in this year long certification intensive. It's strengthening my intuitive practice as a body work practitioner. I'm excited to start integrating this modality into my massage work.
