Started a new semester with last week. We are exploring how we can understand ourselves better by looking at animals and the human body.
Lots planned for this block: drawing sculpture, painting, and express mark making, to name a few.
Very excited about this block and being back with this group!
A few folks have asked about the

Here’s the simple answer:
You don’t need one to participate. A crayon and any paper is enough.
But if having a gentle container helps you show up each day, the journal is available on my website as a physical copy and as a PDF. You can also get a physical copy from Amazon if you want the guarantee that one will be in your hand before we begin.
