More homes are on the horizon for Verrado. 🏡
As recently featured in Arizona Foothills Magazine, Tri Pointe Homes has acquired approximately 99 acres in Verrado Highlands, with plans to bring 308 new homes to the community.
The future neighborhood is expected to include a mix of single- and two-story homes across a variety of homesite sizes, with sales currently anticipated to begin in late 2027.
We’re excited to see Verrado continue to grow and welcome even more people to call this community home.
Each year, the Verrado community comes together to climb in remembrance. 🇺🇸
With every step, we honor the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the first responders who answered the call, and the heroes whose courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
