For reasons that would diminish the joy in this achievement, we stopped posting progress pics. It's been a long journey, and there's still some details left. HOWEVER, this old lady is lovely again, and we're enjoying the fruits of our labor!

This weekend's accomplishment

The old side porch got its floor finished, (other than sanding and sealing) that we posted from 2 weeks ago. The door way on the right will be the kitchen and the doors on the left will take you the the screened in porch. Insulation is going in so walls can start. It's going to start looking smaller inside I think!

Original side porch getting original porch boards put down. They probably went in the other direction but since it's now inside space it matches all the other floors. Progress

May not seem like much but it is a milestone. Weather vain goes on top.

Haven't posted in a while because there have not been a lot of changes you can see, but we are moving forward. Rough electric and plumbing. Bathroom walls are in and the metal roof is finally going on..
