✨ Behind the Design | Meet Katie Thomas, Sales Manager

With more than seven years as part of the Beachview Events team, Katie Thomas brings creativity, experience, and a genuine passion for seeing beautiful events come to life. As Sales Manager, she works closely with our clients and team to help turn ideas into thoughtfully planned experiences from the very beginning.

Katie loves that the events industry is always evolving. From new design trends and inventory to emerging technology, there is always something new to discover, keeping her inspired and bringing a fresh perspective to the work she does every day.

A proud University of Florida graduate, Katie is a Gator through and through! When she’s not at Beachview, she enjoys baking, cooking, spending time at the beach, and making memories with her husband and two daughters.

We’re excited to have Katie as one of the talented people Behind the Design at Beachview Events. ✨

✨ Behind the Design | Meet Hannah Williams, Event Logistics Manager

With more than four years of hands-on experience in the events industry, Hannah Williams brings organization, adaptability, and a get-it-done mindset to every Beachview Events project. As Event Logistics Manager, she thrives on taking complex plans and turning them into successful, seamless event experiences.

With a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management, Hannah pairs her industry knowledge with hands-on experience in the field. From navigating unexpected challenges to coordinating the many moving pieces behind an event, she is committed to seeing each project through from start to finish and making sure no detail is overlooked.

Hannah’s passion for learning, problem-solving, and bringing a team’s vision to life makes her an important part of what happens Behind the Design at Beachview Events.

Outside of work, Hannah is an avid horseback rider and enjoys spending time with her family and animals. ✨
