PRBC RidgeKids

The RidgeKids got to share the animal project they’ve been working on! Each kid designed and created their animal, then shared something they could learn about God from studying their animal. They made such deep, cool connections!

Monkeys are curious, we can be curious about God’s Word.

Alligators have tough skin. We can be tough and stand up for what’s right.

Elephants live together in groups, the church is one unit that works together.

Pythons can grow up to 30 feet, our faith can grow and grow too.

Lions can see from a far distance, God is always watching over us and cares for us.

Tigers are the biggest of all cats, God is bigger than we can imagine, holding it all in the palm of his hand

Alligators have sharp teeth and strong jaws. We need to use our jaws to speak with love and share Jesus.

Thinking about the serpent in the story of Adam and Eve reminds us that God hates sin.

The story of Daniel in the lion’s den reminds us that God is with us in scary situations in life.

So incredibly proud of these kids, and their growing faith.

Throughout our At the Zoo series, we learned to look at God’s creation and notice things about God.

Tonight, the RidgeKids started a 30 day “Bible Buddy” challenge, “adopting” a Bible Buddy and beginning a one-verse-a-day program that will allow them to notice things about God through HIS WORD.
