Know your rights at work! 💪🏼
Five federal protections every working woman in the U.S. has, whether her company advertises them or not.
Save this. Send it to someone who needs it. Knowing the rules is how you hold your ground.

AI isn’t coming for your job…unless you’re a woman.
New ILO data: women are nearly 2x as exposed to AI-driven displacement — 29% vs 16%. At the highest-risk tier, it’s 16% vs 3%.
Why? Women sit in the clerical and admin roles AI automates first, stay underrepresented in the AI/STEM roles being created, and the tools themselves carry inherited bias.
But exposure isn’t job loss. Most roles transform — the real fight is who gets reskilled. That gap is closeable, and it’s exactly what we’re here for.

Most women in tech have been figuring it out alone.
The numbers say it plainly: only 28% of the tech workforce is women, and 63% have never had a single formal mentor. So when you finally walk into a room that’s actually full of us, it still feels like the exception. Because it is.
The room you’re in shapes who gets to lead.
That’s why Summit exists.

Save this, then send it to the woman who’s been doing it solo.
She said it so well. 🏀🔥

One week on, and we’re still thinking about it.
WWCode Summit 2026 wasn’t about the tools, it was the rooms, the hallways, the questions that stayed with us long after we left.
Swipe for the ideas we can’t shake. 💛
See you next time: Oct 6–8, 2026.

One of these certifications pays for itself in under 4 weeks.
Not “eventually.” Not “if the market improves.” Under. Four. Weeks.
We ran the honest math on 5 certifications, exam fees, prep time, and the actual salary lifts behind them:
☁️ A $150 exam with a $36K average salary lift
☁️ A $100 exam that pays back in under a month
☁️ A pro-level cert averaging $221K total comp
And the stat that matters most: 73% of AWS-certified professionals got a raise after passing. Average lift — 27%.

1,000 readers. $10/month. That’s $10,000/month.
The newsletter-to-income path for women in tech is more concrete than it looks and the math is the most motivating part.
Inside this one:
→ What you actually keep on Substack vs Beehiiv (the gap surprised us)
→ The 3 income streams creators stack to earn 3x more
→ Why “for Python engineers moving into ML” beats “tech & careers” every time
→ A realistic week-by-week launch plan
Your audience already exists. This is how you find them and get paid for showing up.

Last week at Summit, the room was electric. ⚡️
Three days at Pier 17, hearing from speakers like Kari Ann Briski, Leigh-Ann Russell and Leanne Pittsford — and watching this community remind itself exactly what it’s capable of.
So we’re keeping the momentum going.
Women engineers are making $2K–$10K a month on vetted platforms, real rates, no Upwork bidding wars. Swipe for 5 worth applying to this week:
