This weekend, Delta Rho Omega gathered for our Day of Worship at St. Paul Community Baptist Church. Together, we worshipped in fellowship, strengthened our connection to the community, and supported the church home of some of our chapter members.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the St. Paul Community Baptist Church family, including their Executive Pastor and our sister, Rev. Dr. Courtney Wiley for their warm welcome and hospitality. Opportunities like these remind us of the power of faith, fellowship, and sisterhood.

The members of Delta Rho Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® are proud to join fellow National Pan-Hellenic Council organizations in presenting “The State of Our Vote: What Black Communities Need to Know.”
As we continue the work of educating, empowering, and engaging our communities, this important conversation will provide valuable information about the issues impacting Black voters and the power of civic participation. We are honored to welcome Congresswoman Yvette D. Clarke as a confirmed panelist for this timely discussion.

We aim to spend at least $19.08 each in support of these efforts, and this week we’re spending on FOOD & BEVERAGE!
Above, you’ll find a few selections from our 2026 DRO Verified List, which highlights some of our favorite local businesses that we want to support this month! We’d also love to hear from you! On May 17, Delta Rho Omega, in collaboration with Pi Kappa Omega, and with participation from Psi Lambda Omega, Pi Phi Omega, and additional supporters, proudly participated in NAMIWalks to raise awareness for mental health. Hosted by the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), this nationwide event raises critical funds to support mental health education, advocacy, and resources for individuals and families affected by mental illness.
Thank you to everyone who donated, walked, shared, and supported our efforts. Because of your generosity and commitment, we were able to surpass our fundraising goal while helping advance an important cause that impacts so many families and communities 💙💚🩷🧠
