I do not remember how many times I have had to do this, but here it goes..
As of now, salons can not open until May 29. Unfortunately it is possible that the date could be extended even again.. that being said we need to reschedule.. Many of you have booked and rebooked online. At jewelstudio.glossgenius.com. I welcome that and thank you. Also feel free to call or text me at 517-376-0037 or 810-522-8427. I will also be calling you to reschedule. I have doubled my work hours to accommodate everyone. It takes a lot of time to reschedule. So please be patient with me.
I have been active in ordering sanitation products as well as the PPE that will be required for me to work. I haven’t gotten all the new regulations, yet, I know there will be many in place to keep you and myself safe. I can not wait to get back to work! I know you are suffering with your hair.

I am sure you have all heard the news. We now need to wait until after May 15 to see each other again. 😢 We will get threw this! The important thing is to stay healthy. We are working on the return to salon policies. In a effort to protect you, myself and other Sola professionals, Sola has developed the following requirements.
1. Client only services. Meaning only you. No children, spouses, care givers will be allowed in the building. If you need assistance I will assist you in and out of the building. If your family has several appointments only one family member can enter the building at a time.
2. I will be booking extra time to clean and sanitize before and after each client. I will call or text you when you can enter building and meet you at the door. If I am running late I will do my best to let you know.
3. We are required to remove all plush fabrics, magazines, coffee machine, snacks. We will continue to have single serve waters available.
4. Masks will be mandatory for clients and myself. I have ordered some disposable masks.

As we near being able to open the state may add additional requirements. I will keep you updated on that.
Rebooking everyone is yet again a huge task. So please be patient with me. I have added days and hours so I can accommodate everyone. Feel free to book online as I have changed my timing in the booking system. jewelsstudio.glossgenius.com

This is perfect!! Miss all of you!!

Well folks, the time has come and we have officially been told it is time to close our doors. As of today we will remain closed until April 13th or later per the governors order. We value you all so much and we hope you will be patient with us as we try and figure this all out. We will be putting together some gift card options for you to purchase for future visits and will also be able to do some retail sales as long as our suppliers remain open. We ask that you please help us out by refraining from using any boxed colors or performing any at home haircuts. This will help us not have a lot of color corrections when we are able to resume business. We are truly saddened by this and will miss you all dearly. You are not just clients, you are family to us. We will miss seeing you all, sharing stories, and some endless laughs. Please stay safe, stay healthy, and don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns or just to chat. We have to temporarily close our doors per the government order. I will contact all of you regarding your scheduled appointments. It will be a big job so please be patient with me.. I will miss all of you during the quarantine. Please try not to box dye your hair during this time. Things can go very wrong and I wouldn’t be able to fix it. I will have retail available. Let me know if you need any products.
